DNC Pro from MCS is a .NET compliant application, delivering an advanced solution for those customers requiring a more sophisticated level of data management, for NC code and associated manufacturing documentation. DNC Pro delivers more control in a Windows client server based system that runs as a true network service.

This more advanced .NET SQLbased solution fulfils all the requirements for FDA certification, relating to the standard for medical equipment (DIN EN ISO 13485:2003) it has often been stated that compliance with this ISO Standard is the first step in achieving compliance with the European regulatory requirements.

DNC Pro is a client server based application that stores NC files and associated documents on a server:

An SQL database manages all files for complete traceability and quality control.
Fully integrated data management via drag and drop functionality.
File revision control and automatic versioning.

Each RS 232 based machine tool has a dedicated SCD (Smart Communication Device) fitted, which manages the transfer of NC files between the Server on the network and the machine control; giving you the fastest, most reliable communication solution possible, negating the need for expensive and very slow and unreliable RS 232 cabling. DNC Pro can also be integrated with machines tools that have there own in built network card seamlessly providing a fully controlled and managed system ensuring the highest level of compliance to any quality standard.
